Fundamental modernization of aluminium factories in Krasnoyarsk and Bratsk

The interactive exhibit is devoted to the modernization of two aluminium factories in the cities of Krasnoyarsk and Bratsk. These were technological and ecological improvements.
What was done at the factories:

• new factory blocks were constructed and equipped with innovative electrolytic cells with baked anodes
• gas emissions were significantly reduced
• production of aluminium with a lower carbon footprint was launched

The mock-up with a touch screen presents the factory blocks after the modernization.

Visitors can watch a video on a big screen to learn about the new technologies and the reduced environmental impacts of the factory. A 3D-tour in the electrolysis shop will show new electrolytic cells in detail.
