Exhibition "Gold is Near" Yakutsk

The Polyus Yakutsk: "Gold is Near" exhibition explores the origins of gold, its role in culture, the financial system, and technological progress, as well as the history of gold mining and the latest industry technologies.
Visitors will be able to trace gold's journey—from the formation of deposits and geological exploration to the smelting of bullion. The exhibition also showcases objects containing gold and highlights its presence in everyday technologies.
This exhibition is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the beginning of gold mining in Yakutia.
