ABOUT THE PROJECT
The interactive site Gold: A Journey Across the Universe includes five units that cover various “gold” issues: modern theory of gold origin, gold mining, gold ore processing, the unique characteristics of gold and its role in hi-tech industry. The focus is on innovative methods of bio-leaching that have been developed and widely used at the Polyus factories.
